Music is an important element in Sharon United Methodist Church’s worship and fellowship experiences. There are opportunities for all music lovers, regardless of skill, to share in the fellowship, personal music development, and witness through music. Music Opportunities for Children & Youth Music Opportunities for Adults In addition, the music ministry hosts an annual Fine Arts Series, with visiting musicians and choirs for performances both during our Sunday worship services, and at other times during the week. Some past participants have been the American Boychoir, the Charlotte Contemporary Ensemble, and the Charlotte Flute Choir. The music ministry also hosts our Jazz Joy Sunday services, which occur occasionally throughout the year, as well as the Family Christmas drama, youth and children’s choir performances, and other special events during the year. |
